IN THE SHADOW is characterized by an optical-illusion stripe pattern that looks as though light is streaming onto part of the garment. A signature brand item was spotlit and photographed at different shutter speeds, and the resulting afterimages were printed to match the pleat width.

Unisex pleated coat with a notch collar and button front closure.  Two side pockets, long sleeves with button cuffs, back center vent.
